So far the fridge has been working well but we have only had it for a few weeks. The interior design is nice and has nice proportions. We often hit the temperature controls on the panel when we open the fridge. It seems to beep but not disrupt the settings. no major complaints.

Our KitchenAid refrigerator of five years went out again for the 5th time right before the holidays. We had already decided ahead of time that when it happened again, we would not be repairing it and continue to throw good money after bad. I don™€™t mind spending money on appliances and rarely buy the cheapest one, but we had invested enough in repairs to have purchased 2 expensive refrigerators. Our only requirement was that it not be a KichenAid. We were prepared to invest up to $5000 for replacement and the Frigidaire came with great online reviews, an end of year price of $2400 and a strong recommendation from a trusted salesperson. It was the same dimensions as our old KichenAid refrigerator, but also offered 3 more cubic feet of storage space. It also has 2 ice makers and an indoor water dispenser that accommodates sport bottles. I love the concealed control panel and appreciate the extra space. We did also invest in the 5 year protection plan because the end of year price was so good compared to the competition. Installation was easy and it even came with a new stainless steel hose for connecting to the water supply. We™€™ve had 2 weeks at this point and we are enjoying the peace of mind that we won™€™t have repair bills for the next five years.

Love the features of this refrigerator. The deli drawer is neatly tucked away, but totally accessible. I would have liked if each side of the drawer was accessible by either door rather than having to open both. However, I still love my new refrigerator.

We are overall happy with this refrigerator. We've had it for about 2 weeks now. I like how every part of the fridge was considered for storage options. The doors have some odd angles in the drawers because they maximized the space they gave us for storage. I love that it's bright inside and easy to see our food. I do not like how cheaply it's made/assembled. As soon as we got the wrapping off, I noticed the drawers are crooked. The blue bumper shows on one side because the drawer is low. The other side of the drawer is too high. For an over $2,000 fridge, you'd think more care would be taken. I wish I didn't have to open both doors to pull out the crisper drawers. The ice machine is a bit messy. You must hold your cup directly under the opening in order to avoid ice going everywhere. Grand scheme: These are minor complaints. I only hope the motor and parts that need to work are assembled in a more thoughtful, lasting way.

We have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks and so far we are extremely impressed with the functions and the quality of it. The storage is excellent and all shelves are easily accessible. I am very pleased with the exterior water dispenser as it does not leak and the panel keeps the water flowing without the glass slipping and causing spillage. The freezer unit is also ample and glides smoothly on ball bearings - very important!I am so glad that this unit was recommended as high quality; it definitely is what we were told!

Worst company, worst product and worst service

One of the worst refrigerator which Lennar homes installing in their new constructions (maybe, they got in a cheap deal with Frigidaire) All the refrigerators installed in our community had several issues with this refrigerator model. I raised multiple complaints on my refrigerator and service team replaced every single parts in the refrigerator and it is still not fixed completelyy . Service team members are from external agencies and they wanted to show only nice face to Frigidaire so they keep on ordering parts and replacing it instead of, boldly saying the refrigerator needs a replacement. I'm super frustrated as the refrigerator stopped working for more that 10 days now and service team ordered for a replacement part which got delivered only y'day and the service team does not have an appointment open for the next 5 days. When called the customer service they are asking to be patient and they cannot do anything on this matter. All the products that are sitting in the refrigerator got spoiled and had throw it in the trash . Frigidaire should be ashamed of shipping this kind of product and making the customer beg at them to fix the product. A nasty company that does not care or concerned about customer.

My Jen Air of 19 years had developed an issue and It will cost us more to fix it and we decided it is best to go ahead and replace it with a new one.We took our time research and shopping around patiently for 6 weeks.Luckily, we have a Rv and we utilized the fridge and freezer.We had decided to purchase this one, the handle is almost match with my old Jenn Air, because we still have to match it with my old Jenn Air stove and dishwasher. I had waited to see if they are having black Friday sale.They could not tell me what type of sale they will be having but we were glad we waited; we had saved more money. When they had delivered the fridge, I said Wow!! I am in love! This fridge is sexy! outside and inside!I did not realize how roomy this fridge because we only seen this model online and pictures of the customer posted on their reviews. None of the merchant in my area carry this model and I was worried and anxious. I am loving this fridge, the weird part this is the same size my old Jenn Air but, somehow this have a bigger space inside, I am Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! Shelf system not ideal for tall items. Even with the 2 top shelves slipped back there isn't much room for tall items (i.e. whole turkey) and the tall items block any shelf space behind them. Drawers only pull out halfway making it difficult to access items in the back. Freezer drawer was bowed, doesn't align with top doors and handle bracket isn't flush with surface. Waiting for a new drawer front since the middle of October.

Ice maker leaking out of chute

Had my fridge for less than a month and had to have the repair man out because the ice dispenser on the door is leaking, dripping all over! Repair man said he had been to several homes with same issue! That this is a manufacturer defect and had no way to fix it! It is getting to warm through the chute and making ice melt out! Would like some answers and solutions to this problem! Otherwise I would give 5 stars because everything else has been really nice!

I like all the space. Not sure why there are two ice makers. I'm glad I was able to turn off one of them. Question: Is there a way to lower the temperature on the water dispenser? I would like the water colder if possible. Also, the Sabbath mode should be reversed. The light should stay ON during the Sabbath. Not OFF.

This refrigerator replaces a Frigidaire Professional model purchased several years ago. It has improved many things from the earlier model and added several great features. I always get get good service and value from Frigidaire products.

We™€™ve had this refrigerator for two weeks and so far so good! It looks beautiful, runs quiet, love the handles, and more room than we thought! The doors stay open when I am retrieving things from the fridge unlike our last one (KitchenAid) every time I opened the door, set something on the counter come back the doors would be closed. Not a big deal, but annoying. We had nothing but problems with the KitchenAid refrigerator so we have high expectations for this Frigidaire.
