To ensure a seamless installation process, it is essential for our technicians to have a clear and unobstructed pathway to and through your residence to the designated installation area. This includes the removal of personal items, snow, ice, and any other objects that may be in our way.

We kindly request that customers prepare this pathway in advance of our scheduled appointment. Please understand that our technicians will not be able to clear the pathway themselves. We are not insured to risk damage to your personal items, and ask that you have them moved before we arrive to ensure our service is as efficient for you as possible. In cases where a clear path is not provided, our technicians will either place the appliance in a safe and easily accessible location or reschedule the installation for a later date, subject to an additional fee. Your cooperation in maintaining a clear pathway is greatly appreciated and will help us provide you with the best service possible. Thank you for choosing Rockweiler's for your appliance needs.

For the safety of our technicians and to prevent any disruptions, we also request that pets be kept in a separate room or kennel during the installation process. While we love our furry friends, their well-being and the efficiency of our service are our top priorities.

Our scope of service is limited to the appliance itself and the tasks directly related to its installation.
