As a Rockweiler Appliance Service Technician:

• You’ll work independently, but be an important part of a proven team.
• You’ll help others on that team, and they’ll help you too.
• You’ll go above and beyond, making our customers really happy they chose Rockweiler’s.
• You’ll stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technologies.
• You’ll perform proficient repairs on all categories of major appliances.
• You’ll work full-time Monday-Friday or Tuesday - Saturday and have a reliable career.

Here are some of the qualifications you’ll need:

• Experience in repair work.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Here are the details of your new career:

• You’ll follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you.
• You’ll participate in numerous product and sales trainings.
• You’ll impress your manager by following our Core Values. And if you follow them closely and consistently, you’ll likely get a promotion when the opportunity arises.
• We'll work together on setting a work schedule. This will include most weekends, but that's when people like to shop - which translates into more sales for you!

Qualifications you need:

• You’re going to have to be accurate and detail focused. Small errors turn into big problems for your customers!
• You don’t have to speak French or know calculus; just bring some people skills and a High School Diploma or GED.
• You’ll have to pass a standard background check.

• You’ll help your driver get the job done.
• You’ll be trained to follow our procedures. Follow them well and you’ll be successful.
• You’ll be responsible for making sure our customers have the best delivery experience of their life.
• You’ll have the opportunity to earn incentives and boost your base pay up to $6,000 per year
